Summary: I had a wonderful experience with Midway Car Rental at LAX. Exceptional customer service! I am so impressed especially because I've rented from a number of rental agencies. In particular, on 02/14/05 in the morning, there was a young gentleman at the office who welcomed me and really took those extra steps to make sure I had a nice rental experience. Someone picked me up from my hotel and then a shuttle took me to the airport. Both drivers were great! friendly... so I just wanted to take the time to thank Midway from whom I will always rent from when I am in LA.
