The Rolls Royce Silver Spur II debuted at the Frankfort Motor Show in 1989. Only 1,658 were produced. Distinguished by its 10” longer wheelbase and automatic ride control system, the Silver Spur II was designated the Rolls Royce Touring Limousine, filling the gap left by the Phantom VI.
