Age Limit
Due to the types of vehicles we rent our insurance provider requires that we only rent to those drivers over the age of 21. In some rare cases we may rent to those 18-20. Please contact us if you are under 21 to discuss rental options.

Insurance
You are required to carry your own liability and physical damage policies. You must verify with your insurers that coverage is provided for the vehicle being rented.

If you do not have your own coverage, we offer several options to provide coverage during your experience. Please inquire for details on these options.

Additional Drivers
The renter and one additional driver may be listed as authorized drivers during the rental period at no charge. Each additional driver must complete a membership application and pay a $60.00 fee.

International Renters
Vehicles are available to international visitors with a valid passport and driver's license from their home country. We can provide insurance coverage for those international visitors.

Delivery / Pick-up
Vehicle delivery and pick-up is available to and from your home, office, hotel, airports, film/TV production sites, restaurants, nightclubs, and virtually anywhere you desire to experience your dream!

Fees are as follows, each way:
Greater Phoenix and Scottsdale: FREE
Tucson: $199
Other Areas: CALL... We will accommodate delivery anywhere!

Please note: All pick-up and delivery arrangements must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance in order to guarantee on-time service. Any changes to pick-up or delivery times/locations with less than 24 hours notice may incur an additional transportation fee.

In other words, we will do our absolute best to get you the vehicle when and where you want it, however if you change your mind after we've scheduled our team, we may charge you for it.

If you choose to pick up your rental vehicle at our office, we offer free parking for your own vehicle for the duration of your experience.

Return Times
Status Toy Rentals is flexible about vehicle return times, but once we have made a return appointment, we need to stick to it. There will be a 1-hour grace period with your scheduled return time, after which you may be subject to additional daily rental fees.

Damage Deposit
All renters must leave a damage deposit in the form of a credit card authorization. Any damage found on the vehicle upon return will be billed against this authorization. This amount varies depending on the vehicle being rented.

Cancellation Policy
When you schedule your experience, we may authorize your credit card for 50% of the total rental cost or $500; whichever is greater. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, we will process this charge as a "store credit" and apply this amount toward your re-scheduled rental. If you cancel or reschedule less than 7 days before your rental, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost in addition to the above mentioned deposit.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 72 hours before your rental, or are a no-show at the time of rental, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental cost.

At our sole discretion, cancellation fees may be waived for special circumstances.

Payment Methods
Preferred method of payment for your experience and damage deposits are:

In certain cases, cashier's checks or cash may be accepted if pre-arranged. Personal and business checks are not usually accepted.

Fuel Surcharge
NONE! There is no refueling charge. Vehicles can be returned full, empty, or anywhere in between.
However when you do gas up you must refuel with 91+ octane, unless otherwise stated. There is a $350.00 fee for refueling with a lesser grade (and yes we will know).

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for vehicle experiences or gift cards. However, our goal is total satisfaction for our members, so in certain situations we may offer credit for additional experience days. This is solely at our discretion.

In the event of an unforeseen mechanical failure during or prior to a rental, we will make every effort to repair or replace your vehicle with a similar or better model at no additional cost to you.

Driving Area Restrictions
Vehicles rented from our Phoenix/ Scottsdale, AZ office may not be driven outside the states of: Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, California, and Utah without prior written approval.

Prohibited Uses
The vehicles may not be used:

• By anyone not licensed to drive or whose Driver's License has been suspended or restricted.
• For any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity.
• To carry persons or property for hire
• To push or tow anything
• To teach anyone to drive.
• On any unpaved surface.
• To exceed any posted speed limits in any speed test, speed contest, race, rally, speed endurance contest or demonstration.
• On or near any racetrack or road course. We are serious about this. No insurance company on earth will cover the car while on the track.

In the event of a violation of these Prohibited Uses, we reserve the right to remotely disable and retrieve the vehicle.

Tickets
The member is responsible for all parking, traffic, speeding or other tickets or violations issued while the vehicle is being rented and must pay for any fees, penalties, towing charges, or impound costs, etc.

Mileage
Daily and weekend rentals include 100 miles per day; weekly rentals include 500 miles, and monthly rentals include 2,000 unless stated otherwise. Each additional mile driven will be subject to a charge at the stated mileage rate.
