Policies
RENTAL INFORMATION
The majority of vehicles at mphclub® are booked in advance so please fill out this reservation form or call us as early as possible, This is the only way will ensure you get the vehicle you want on the date you need it. Please contact us with the dates you require and we will make sure to get you the best price per vehicle selected. Feel free to contact mphclub® with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you have completed booking a vehicle with mphclub®, either verbally over the phone, giving your credit card info or sending reservation form via email or fax, mph club LLC will authorize your credit card $500 or 50% of the total rental (whichever is greater) at time of booking. Any rental that is a no show, or is cancelled and not rescheduled less than 72 hours before the set date of delivery, will be charged 2 days of the total rental cost as a cancellation fee. In these instances, it is mph club LLC’s discretion whether or not to provide a store credit depending on vehicle availability The cancellation fees may be waived (At our sole discretion) for special or unforeseen circumstances (hurricanes, tropical storms, etc.)
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Delivery is available at an additional cost for any locations outside the Tri-County (Broward, Palm Beach, Dade) .
All rentals with mphclub® require a security/damage deposit in form of cash, or credit card. Security deposits vary from $2500 – $5000 depending upon the vehicle that is reserved.Clients must be 25 years of age with clean driving records may rent from mphclub®. Background and DMV checks will be performed on all applicants.
