Rental Requirements

All renters must be at least 21 years old. You will need a credit card, which is used as your deposit. You will need to show us a valid driver"s license with photograph and proof of insurance when you come to pick up your car.

We reserve the right to refuse/postpone rental due to severe weather, past driving record or any other reason that may jeopardize your safety as well as that of the vehicle.
 
Membership
Florida Exotic Car Rental membership is free.
 
Insurance
All renters must have full coverage (comp. and collision) on their current car insurance policy to rent from us with liability limits of at least 100/300/100 to qualify. You must also have had your policy active with the same insurance company for a period of 3 months or more. We do not accept rental customers who have a high risk insurance rating (SR). If you use a company"s vehicle policy or have a policy that is in a no-fault insurance state, you must have your insurance company place our vehicle on your policy for the duration of the rental.
 
Rainy Day Insurance
For just $29.99 we will allow you to change your rental date to any other open date as many times as you like when it"s raining at our location at the time your rental is scheduled to begin. Simply pay for your rental in full and purchase the insurance 5 days prior to your rental date. Cancellation and rescheduling may only take place if it is raining at the time the rental is scheduled to begin. This insurance does not apply once the rental has started.
 
GPS Navigation systems
We offer portable GPS Navigation systems for some of our cars without a factory Navigation system.($9.95 a day)

International Renters
We are able to offer rentals to international drivers on our lower end vehicles

Pets
If the vehicle comes back with pet dirt or odor, A minimum cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from your security deposit for cleaning and deodorizing the vehicle.
 
Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.

Additional Drivers
There is a charge for adding an additional driver. They must fill out a member form and meet the same requirements as the primary renter. Extra fee will vary depending on the vehicle.
 
Mileage
The customer is entitled to 100 miles per day. On most vehicles, additional mileage is $0.99/mile, some Exotic cars are up to $1.99 a mile.
 
Delivery / Pick-up
The cars we rent are available for pick up and drop off at our Orlando, Florida location. However, in the event where you need the car delivered we can arrange it with a delivery and pick up fee. Just call us with your plans
 
Reservation Deposit
There will be a deposit of $200.00 that will be credited towards your rental days.
 
Damage Deposit
Before vehicle pick-up/delivery, a damage deposit in the form of a credit card preauthorization will be required. When the vehicle is returned, any assessed damage will first be billed against this deposit. If the vehicle is returned in its original undamaged condition, the damage deposit will not be charged. Authorization is from $1000-$10,000 depending on vehicle.
 
Cancellation Policy
If you inform us of the cancellation / reschedule  7-14 days prior to the scheduled date of the rental, there will be cancellation fee of $200. If you cancel / reschedule less than 7 days prior to rental, then there will be cancellation fee of 50% of your total rental charges. However, if you cancel / reschedule less than 48 hrs. before your rental or no-show at the time of rental, you will be charged 100%  of your total rental charges.
 
Payment Methods
Credit cards by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, Debt Cards are the preferred method of payment for rental fees and damage deposits. Cash not accepted for deposit. Personal & Business Checks are not accepted. Cash will be accepted for final rental fee.
 
Fuel Surcharge
When you do gas up all vehicles must be refueled with Premium grade (93+ octane) gasoline. We ask that all gas receipts are kept. There is a $500 fee for filling up with a lesser grade.
 
Parking Requirements
Vehicle must be locked, convertible top up (if applicable) and alarm set when vehicle is unattended. The vehicle must be stored in a secured garage at night. Do not allow anyone who is not an "Authorized Driver" to drive the vehicle at any time, including a valet or parking attendant. When you park in a public garage, please ask to park the car yourself and take the keys with you.
 
Late Fee
If you exceed your rental period, a late fee of $100 per hour will apply.
 
Driving Area Restrictions
All vehicles are required to stay within the state of Florida. Some exceptions apply with written approval.
 
Prohibited Uses
The vehicles may not be used:
 

• For any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity
• To carry persons or property for hire
• To operate vehicle under any drugs or alcohol
• On any unpaved surface
• By anyone not licensed to drive or who’s Driver"s License has been suspended or restricted
• To push or tow anything
• To exceed any posted speed limits
• In any speed test, speed contest, race, rally, speed endurance contest, demonstration, or on or near any racetrack or road course.
• To teach anyone to drive

In the event of a violation of these Prohibited Uses, we reserve the right to remotely disable and retrieve the vehicle.

 
Tickets
The renter is responsible for paying all fees, penalties and costs resulting from the payment must be turned over to us when the vehicle is returned. Renters must pay a fee for towing charges, or impound costs.
 
Drivers License Record
You may not have had your license revoked, had a DUI, DWI, suspension or any other criminal conviction within the last 5 years. You must have a valid driver"s license to rent. We run DMV reports on every renter.
 
No Towing
Nothing is allowed to be connected or hitched to our vehicles at any time!
 
Orientation
We require that all first time renters to go through a short 10-15 minute orientation on the vehicle that they will be renting. This is done so that you will be familiar on how to operate the car in a safe and efficient manner.
